To operate reservations and host check-in, we collect your name, phone number, email address, booking dates, party details, and vehicle count. We may also collect account, support, device, log, cookie, and communication information needed for security and site operation.

We use information to authenticate accounts, process and support reservations, communicate booking and check-in details, prevent fraud, improve the marketplace, provide customer support, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and safety obligations. We share only the booking and contact information reasonably needed for a host to prepare and deliver a confirmed stay. We do not sell personal information.

UPI, card, and netbanking credentials are processed securely by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. through its payment infrastructure. Roamrr does not store payment credentials, full card numbers, CVV values, UPI PINs, or netbanking passwords on Roamrr servers. We retain limited transaction identifiers, status, and settlement information needed to confirm and reconcile a booking.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, database policies, and service providers with appropriate security practices. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, tax, safety, dispute, and accounting requirements.

Roamrr handles personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules made under it as applicable. Subject to legal exceptions and verification, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

Send a request to support@roamrr.in with your name, registered email or phone number, and the request. Do not include passwords, card numbers, CVV values, or UPI PINs. We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable period required by applicable law.
